We’re scaling our automation efforts and looking for 4–5 hands-on builders to join us. If you love turning messy processes into clean, reliable workflows and you’re happiest when shipping - this is for you. We sell these automations for clients, so you will be working on client accounts and be responsible for projects and automations. Must-have: 🔧Proven experience building in n8n and/or Make.com (please share examples or a portfolio). 🔧 Solid grasp of HTTP/REST, JSON, OAuth2/API keys, webhooks, and basic JavaScript for code nodes. 🔧 Comfort with data wrangling (mappers, arrays, loops, regex, date math), plus basic SQL or Airtable formulas. 🔧 Clear spoken and written English; you can explain trade-offs and ask crisp questions. 🔧 You’re autonomous: given a spec, you build, test, and ship without hand-holding. Nice-to-have: Experience with queues/retries, idempotency, and observability (logs, run history, alerts). Familiarity with CRMs, billing platforms, marketing tools, and Google Workspace. Exposure to Zapier/Pipedream/Workato (not required, but useful perspective). Basic scripting (Node/Python) for edge cases. How we work Short briefs with expected inputs/outputs and success criteria. You propose the flow, confirm assumptions, then build in a sandbox and demo. Merge to production with documentation and rollback notes. Light, respectful comms; the only thing that matters is shipping reliable automations.
