Project description We require a freelancer to set up a legal agreement template within our Zoho Sign (Zoho ONE) account. The template will be based on a supplied PDF document and must be configured for easy use by our internal team. The pdf includes fillable fields for recipient information, terms and conditions, date and signature fields. We are not looking to map any fields to CRM but if this is easy and straight forward then we welcome it. Scope of work • Upload a PDF version of our legal agreement to our Zoho Sign account. • Analyze the document and identify all sections requiring recipient input. • Create and place all necessary fillable fields, including text fields for names, addresses, and other key details for us to populate. • Implement signature and initial fields for all required parties. • Configure the template for a sequential signing workflow, clearly defining the recipient roles (e.g., "Client," "Our Representative"). • Assign appropriate fields to each recipient role, ensuring they can only interact with their designated sections. • Configure automated date fields to capture the signature date. • Save signed agreements under Zoho One cloud and download a copy to our One drive. • Test the template to ensure all fields are working correctly and the signing process is seamless. • Provide a brief, documented guide or training to our team on how to use the new template for sending legal agreements. Deliverables • A fully functional and tested legal agreement template in our Zoho Sign account. • A summary of the field types and recipient workflow configured. • A short document detailing the process for using the template. Required skills and qualifications • Proven experience with Zoho Sign, including template and workflow creation. • Strong attention to detail, especially when handling legal documents and data fields. • Excellent communication skills to provide clear and concise instructions.
