You'll play a crucial role in ensuring our global Customer Care and Operations teams have the tools they need to succeed. This position requires a passion for creating, deploying, and monitoring world-class products that enable our teams to provide an exceptional experience for our customers and restaurant partners.These are some of the key components to the position: Shape the Zendesk platform: Collaborate with our international teams to understand and address their specific needs, providing expert-level, hands-on support and solutions.Drive process improvements: Proactively identify and implement solutions to optimize internal processes and improve reporting accuracy within Zendesk Support and Chat.Support deployments and training: Participate in the deployment of Zendesk to new teams and assist in training new users. You will also create and maintain documentation on Zendesk configuration and processes.Monitor and analyze usage: Track Zendesk adoption through qualitative and quantitative methods, gather user feedback, and publish regular reports to key stakeholders.Collaborate on solutions: Work hand-in-hand with a co
