I run a UK-based digital marketing agency and we’re now launching our YouTube channel to share marketing insights, behind-the-scenes videos, and tips for business growth. I’ll be filming all the videos myself I just need someone who can take everything from there and make the channel come alive. This is a hands-on, practical role. You’ll help me get everything set up properly and then manage the uploads each week. Your main jobs will include: ✅ Setting up the YouTube channel (banner, logo, about section, description, tags, etc.) ✅ Helping position the message + write a short, catchy channel description ✅ Editing the videos I send (adding captions, cuts, B-roll, music, and basic graphics) ✅ Creating thumbnails and titles that actually get clicks ✅ Uploading, optimising, and scheduling videos ✅ Writing simple descriptions + adding end screens, cards, tags, etc. ✅ Giving me a basic 90-day growth plan (how we can get views, subs, and leads over time) You don’t need to be a “YouTube guru” just someone who understands what works on the platform and can make the content look clean, consistent, and clickable. Ideal Person - You know your way around YouTube setup and uploads - You can edit videos confidently (even basic tools like CapCut, Filmora, or VN are fine) - You have an eye for thumbnails and titles - You’re reliable, quick, and don’t mind doing a few different tasks If you’re creative, organised, and can make things happen on a tight budget, this could turn into regular weekly work.
