Job Title: Female Mental Health Support Worker (Children & Young People) Location: Carlisle & Cumbria Area Hours: Flexible (Part-time / Ad-hoc) ?? Are you looking for flexible, rewarding work in the Carlisle & Cumbria area?We are urgently recruiting Female Mental Health Support Workers to support children and young people (under 18) with learning disabilities and autism. This is a fantastic opportunity to work 1:1 with young people, providing mentorship and vital respite for their families.Why this role works for you:Total Flexibility: We have short shifts and evening calls available-ideal for working around childcare, university, or other commitments.Variety: Work across different caseloads with shifts ranging from 1-3 service users a day.Impact: Help young people build confidence through social activities and community engagement.What we need from you:Driving is Mandatory: You must have a full license and access to your own vehicle.Experience: Prior work with children/young people or mental health/LD is essential.Availability: Ability to cover Day & Night shifts is highly desirable.P.S. This role mandates a minimum of 36.5 hours per week.
