Our team provides compassionate, responsive, and youth-centered support for individuals aged 11-17 experiencing acute emotional distress or mental health difficulties. The Role We are seeking an empathetic, resilient, and proactive Crisis Support Worker to be apart of our specialist team supporting a vulnerable young person on a long term basis. You will play a vital role in delivering high-quality, person-centered crisis interventions to young people as part of a 24/7 support package in a solo provision. You'll work directly with young people experiencing emotional or psychological crises, helping them feel heard, supported, and safe. This role is fast-paced, emotionally demanding, and incredibly rewarding. Plan and participate in various activities and fun days out to promote social and recreational development. Provide Therapeutic Support and Guidance- Use evidence-based techniques (e.g. grounding, emotional regulation strategies) to support recovery and help build the young person's resilience. Prioritise the safety and security of the young person at all times.
