Young Persons Advocate - £15,420.60 pro rata Part Time - 22.5 hours Birmingham Office, Home & Hybrid Options Our client is seeking a Young Persons Advocate to join their team in Birmingham. This role focuses on providing professional advocacy support to young people, strengthening their voices, championing their rights, and promoting positive life changes for those who may be marginalised or vulnerable. Key Responsibilities: Deliver direct advocacy support to young people aged 13–18Work closely with service users and key stakeholders to achieve positive outcomesSupport the development of Transitional Advocacy services in Birmingham and WalsallReport to the Service Manager while contributing to project goals and wider service impactMaintain accurate records and case notes to monitor progress and outcomes Requirements: Recognised qualification in advocacy, social care, or a related technical disciplineStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently and use initiativeExperience working with young people who are marginalised or vulnerableAbility to build relationships with young people, families, and community partnersDBS check and references required Benefits: Flexible home, office, and hybrid working optionsOpportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of young peopleSupportive and collaborative team e
