The ideal candidate will focus on identifying and targeting YouTube influencers who can create and deliver engaging 5 to 7 day residential retreats. Responsibilities: - Conduct thorough research to identify YouTube influencers with over 75,000+ followers, including but not limited to: - Artists - Yoga Instructors - Guitar Instructors - Creative Writing Instructors - Health Coaches - Personal Development Speakers - Fitness Trainers - Culinary Experts - Craft and DIY Experts - Travel Bloggers - Meditation Guides - Life Coaches - Compile a detailed list of targeted influencers, including: - YouTube links - Description of their offerings - Number of followers - Email address and Instagram handle - Phone number (if available) - Collaborate with the sales team to strategize outreach and follow-up plans. - Regularly update and maintain the influencer database to ensure accuracy and relevance. - Assist in developing outreach materials to engage potential influencer partners. Qualifications: - Strong research and organizational skills. - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. - Familiarity with social media platforms, particularly YouTube and Instagram. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Background in marketing, sales, or related fields is a plus.
