Working closely with the Workshop Supervisor and Manager, you'll play a key role in keeping customer operations running smoothly and efficiently. The Role Your day-to-day responsibilities will include: Repairing and overhauling electric motors, pumps, and gearboxesCarrying out mechanical maintenance, repairs, and assembly of rotating equipmentPerforming fault-finding and diagnostic work on breakdown equipmentEnsuring all jobs are completed on time and to customer specificationsFollowing strict Health & Safety protocols and maintaining a tidy workspaceCompleting all workshop documentation accurately and promptlySupporting colleagues to achieve shared goals and customer satisfaction About You You're hands-on, reliable, and take pride in delivering quality work.
