The Role: Workplace Provision Manager

We work in partnership with TUC Cymru and single unions to plan, develop and deliver a TU Education programme and we also work closely with single unions across Wales to deliver learning activities which support Wales Union Learning Fund projects. Our workplace provision also includes a wide range of vocational learning programmes for employees across Wales, which are funded by Personal Learning Accounts.
This is an exciting time to join our Workplace Provision team. As the Workplace Provision Manager, you will play a key part in supporting our income generation activities and commercial growth by increasing the organisation’s employer-related commercial activities.

This is both a strategic and operational role. If you enjoy working with people in a fast-paced, varied and rewarding working environment where your actions make a difference to individuals and employees across Wales, then we’d welcome your application.
