Duration: Until 31st March 2026 Day rate: £650 Per Day Location: Stratford, London Role Responsibilities: Design and lead the change management approach for the Workday Skills Cloud project, aligning with organisational strategy and objectives.Identify, analyse, and engage key stakeholders across the organisation to ensure buy-in, manage expectations, and facilitate adoption.Oversee the input into the design and delivery of training programmes to support end-users and functional users, use Skills Cloud, ensuring competence and confidence in using Workday Skills Cloud.Assess organisational impacts of the transition, identifying risks and mitigation strategies to minimise disruption and maximise value.Support the definition and tracking of key performance indicators to measure the success of the Workday Skills Cloud implementation. Skills: Minimum: Prior experience of Workday Skills CloudDemonstratable experience of HRIS PlatformsProven experience in business change management, ideally within HR transformation Essential: Demonstrable track record of leading change initiatives in complex organisations.Strong understanding of Workday or similar HRIS platforms; direct experience with Skills Cloud is highly desirable.Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.Experience designing and delivering training for system rollouts.
