We are a construction company seeking individuals that are experienced in reading SoW documents and addenda and creating a work breakdown structure of actual operational tasks required to perform the work (leading to a GANTT). The individuals must be knowledgeable in construction projects, be able to read SoW and drawings as well as specifications, and then extrapolate the tasks required to perform the deliverables. The final product will be a project excel sheet with tasks, sub tasks and details with installed equipment specs and details as well as notes and reference sources (where the task is mentioned in the SoW documents and drawings) You must be able to find tasks or details mentioned in one document but not in another and point this out, as well as extrapolate tasks that might be required in a drawing but not mentioned in the SoW. Also, you need to find conflicts in data presented in the SoW - drawings - specs. You will undergo a test case scenario, (you will be paid for this). 3 successful candidates will be provided with monthly work loads (1-4 jobs per month) Each job must not take longer than 3-4 days to complete. An excel template will be provided. The final successful candidates will prove themselves over a few weeks of work and if you are capable of maintaining quality results, will become part of a team providing monthly projects.
