Someone whose core strength is building, setting up, and managing WordPress websites end-to-end, and who also has a good eye for design and a solid understanding of SEO. We’re looking for someone who enjoys contributing ideas and sharing their thoughts while they work. You can do this job completely from your home if you have a high-speed internet connection. Here’s some of the criteria this person would meet: 1. Has their own computer and high-speed internet connection 2. Speaks, reads, and writes excellent UK English (replace Z’s with S) 3. Can work from home without distractions 4. Can use Zoom (for video calls) 5. Has a PayPal account 6. Is willing to learn new things and can easily be trained in additional skills Can work full-time (40 hours per week) Required Skills (Read Carefully): 1. WordPress Website Design – CORE SKILL You must be confident doing the following without hand-holding: A good understanding of domain registrars and how to manage a list of domain names. A good understanding of web hosting and cPanel platforms Set up domains on web hosting, including email accounts. Set up WordPress websites from scratch Backup and launch copies of template websites. Building a volume landing page websites. Building a volume of additional service. Perform full website quality assurance checklist. 2. Conversion & Website Optimisation Conversion optimisation tweaks (Call To Actions, phone numbers, contact buttons, forms, etc.) Adding reviews to websites Adding credibility / trust logos to websites Google Ads conversion tracking setup (basic tracking, tags, integrations) 3. SEO & Local SEO (Good Understanding Required) Solid understanding of on-page SEO Experience being involved in SEO campaigns, with examples you can explain Build a volume SEO location pages Google My Business setup and optimisation Optimise business profiles: Brand name Logo Company name, address, and phone number Company description and services 4.
