WordPress Editor for Uploading and Formatting Pre-Written Articles We're looking for a detail-oriented WordPress editor to help upload and format pre-written articles for our websites. You won't be writing or generating content — your role is to proofread, format, add images, and publish the finished articles on schedule. About the role: You'll be working with articles that have already been written and generated in Airtable. Your job is to: Copy the final HTML article into WordPress Proofread lightly for grammar, formatting, and readability Generate and upload 3 high-quality, realistic images per article using Google's Whisk image tool (we'll provide prompts) Add alt text, meta descriptions, and basic SEO keywords (we'll provide guidance) Insert one optional infographic (using Napkin, a simple online chart generator) Ensure consistent structure and visual formatting across posts Schedule articles for publication on specific days (Monday, Wednesday, Friday) You'll be provided with: Airtable access (where articles, prompts, and references live) WordPress login Full video instructions showing the entire process step-by-step SEO keywords and image prompts for each article Requirements: Experience editing and uploading content in WordPress (Gutenberg or Classic Editor) Basic understanding of SEO (meta titles, alt text, focus keyphrases) Strong attention to detail — formatting, spacing, and consistency matter Ability to follow clear written and video instructions Reliable and consistent with deadlines Nice to have (but not required): Familiarity with Airtable Light design or image-generation experience Workload: Approximately 10 articles per month, each taking 20 minutes each to complete. Budget: Hourly rate, maximum of $20 per hour.
