As a Wording Specialist operating within the London Market, you'll take ownership of the drafting, development, and governance of all insurance documentation across a diverse portfolio of products. You'll collaborate with senior underwriters, compliance, claims, and product development teams-ensuring wordings are accurate, compliant, and market-leading. Key Responsibilities Lead the drafting, review, and approval of policy wordings, certificates, IPIDs, proposal forms, and underwriting guidelines.Act as the go-to technical authority for insurance documentation, supporting underwriters and claims teams across multiple product lines.Ensure all documentation aligns with internal standards, regulatory requirements, and market best practice.Maintain a centralised wording library and ensure continuous improvement in language, clarity, and customer readability.Partner with internal stakeholders to support the launch of new and enhanced product offerings.Monitor and interpret legal, regulatory, and market developments impacting policy documentation.
