• We are currently on the lookout for a personable and customer focused Welcome Host to join our team based at the offices of a world-renowned law firm in Bristol as they embark on an exciting new journey.
• This hands-on role will give you the chance to inject some of your style into this busy ground floor operation, which is brand new to Portico. Ensuring that every visitor receives a consistent, market-leading experience is simply an expectation! As part of a dynamic team you will be responsible for delivering a memorable customer journey, finding new ways to innovate and exceed guest expectations. In this busy ground floor reception you will be responsible for the customer journey to all visitors, colleagues, VIPs and high number of event delegates.
• Overall, our Welcome Hosts will set the tone with a friendly welcome, proactive approach and genuine passion for creating meaningful working relationships. This role calls for someone who is constantly on the move, ready to help wherever needed, while maintaining a calm and approachable presence.

• This role requires covering the Reading site occasionally where travel is covered, with this in mind applicants should be flexible.
• Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday-Friday.
• Salary: £30,000
• Qualifications
• The successful candidate will be outgoing and friendly, with a passion for customer services. They will be proactive, flexible and have a can-do attitude. Also maintain a professional appearance and possess the ability to communicate clearly and effectively via all mediums.
• While experience in a law firm is a bonus, it’s not essential — what matters most is the successful candidate’s ability to relate with people and deliver a consistently high standard of service. Therefore, previous experience in a busy customer service role or front of house role essential.
