Job Responsibilities
● Greeting and welcoming customers with enthusiasm and a positive attitude.
● Assisting customers with the use of payment kiosks and online booking processes.
● Providing outstanding customer service by answering general enquiries and addressing concerns.
● Taking payments and ensuring all transactions are processed accurately.
● Signposting customers to various activities and services within the university.
● Collaborating with team members to ensure a smooth and efficient front of house operation.
● Participating in training sessions to stay updated on new technologies and procedures.

Job Requirements
● Proven experience in a customer-facing role.
● Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
● The ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.
● A strong understanding of technology and the ability to assist others with its use.
● A high level of enthusiasm and a positive, can-do attitude.
● The ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
● A dedication to delivering a world-class customer experience.
