• Weighbridge Operator
• Location: Bradford
• Hours: Monday to Friday, 10:30 to 16:30 (30 hours per week)
• Salary: £20,000 per annum, pro rata

• Ensure the efficient operation of the weighbridge and associated administration systems while maintaining accurate, compliant records.
• Your core responsibilities
• • Ensure all waste acceptance procedures comply with site permit and company instructions.
• • Weigh all vehicles, completing tickets accurately and operating the computer weighing system to ensure correct customer charges.
• • Assist the Site Supervisor with the completion of EA Waste Returns and required reports.
• • Input, manage, and maintain accurate data within spreadsheets and site IT systems.
• • Process supplier invoices, goods out information, and complete associated administration tasks.
• • Deliver excellent customer service by handling telephone enquiries, operating site administration systems, and supporting overall site efficiency.
• Our essential requirements
• • Knowledge of the waste industry.
• • Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
• • Computer literate with strong numeracy and literacy skills.
• • Good customer service and communication skills.
• • Ability to juggle priorities and work under pressure with conflicting deadlines.
