Cook/Front of House Team Member (Bistro/Cafe) Hourly Rate: £14.00Location: Bedford,Job Type: Temporary weekend 08.30am -4.00pm - 30 mins break unpaid An established charity, where you will play a vital role in their day-to-day operations. This position is perfect for someone who enjoys a variety of tasks from cooking to front of house duties. Day-to-day of the role: Prepare and cook meals according to their standard recipes.Engage in front of house activities including greeting guests, taking orders, and serving food.Provide excellent table service, ensuring all guests feel welcome and are given responsive, friendly, and courteous service.Manage multiple tasks within the kitchen, including washing up and maintaining cleanliness.Work collaboratively with team members to ensure a smooth operation.Handle food with care, following all safety and hygiene standards. Required Skills & Qualifications: Experience in cooking and kitchen management is preferred.Strong ability to multi-task and work efficiently under pressure.Excellent customer service and communication skills.A team player with a positive attitude and a strong work ethic.Knowledge of proper food handling and sanitation standards.
