About the Role

We are seeking a confident and compassionate female Care Assistant to provide weekend support to a male service user living with:

• Type 2 Diabetes
• Anxiety & Depression
• Muscular Dystrophy

This is a vital, part-time role delivering quality care in a home environment during daytime weekend hours.

Key Responsibilities:

• Personal care and hygiene support
• Administration of prescribed medication
• Moving & handling (including hoist use)
• Meal preparation and assistance with eating, if required
• Social engagement and emotional support
• Light household tasks and domestic duties

What We're Looking For:

• A confident, reliable, and empathetic female carer
• Previous care experience preferred, but not essential
• Comfortable with personal care and clinical routines
• Able to work independently while following a clear care plan
• Must hold (or be willing to obtain) an Enhanced DBS
