We are looking for an experienced web developer to build a web application for a 2-day corporate event (around 150 attendees per day). The app will engage attendees through a gamified experience using QR codes, allowing registration, participation tracking, and real-time scoring, all accessible via a mobile browser (no installation required). The figma design for all screens of the app is available. The timeline is only 8 days. Key Features & Flow 1. Access via QR Code *Attendees scan a QR code placed on desks to open the web app directly in their mobile browser. *The app must be fully responsive and run smoothly on all mobile devices. 2. Registration * Only users with specific company emails can register. *Email verification is required before accessing the app. *Each participant can register only once for the entire event (not once per day). *Required fields: Name, Department, Email, Phone (optional). 3. Profile & Roadmap Each attendee has a personal profile displaying: *Name, Department, Email, Phone *Points collected *Interactive event roadmap with pop-ups for each stop/station 4. Points System & QR Codes *At every workshop or activity, moderators provide a unique QR code. Scanning a station QR adds a number of points (e.g., +10) to the attendee’s profile. (this number of points differs based on the scanned qr code generate by the moderator in the dashboard) *Restriction: If an attendee registers and collects points on Day 1, scans on Day 2 should not add additional points. 5. Reward Redemption & Blocking *Once a user redeems a reward, their record is removed from their account to prevent reusing the same email or QR code. *However, all redemption data remains visible in the admin dashboard for tracking and analytics. 6. Leaderboard & Prize *Points are updated and displayed in real time. *The attendee with the highest score at the end of the event wins the prize. Deliverables *Fully functional web app (no installation) *Firebase backend setup and configuration. *Admin panel for organizers with secure login and management features. *Tested across devices and browsers. *Deployment instructions and technical documentation.
