Reporting into the Waste Facility Manager you will play a key role in driving our mission forward by assisting with loading and unloading waste from Grundon vehicles and third-party customers. What will you do Receive, inspect, and process incoming waste materialsAccurately weigh waste using weighbridge software, complete required documentation, and issue weighbridge ticketOperate our offensive waste compactor safely and efficientlyRun bin wash machines and carry out bin repairs, ensuring all bins are clean, well maintained, and ready for return to customersSupport the safe movement, handling, and storage of waste across the facilityEnsure full compliance with all Company policies and procedures including health and safety and employment.Any other duties, such as ad hoc projects, as requested by the job holder’s Manager/Supervisor or the Board of Directors that are within the skills and capabilities of the job holder.
