We are seeking a reliable, hardworking HGV Driver to join our Waste Collection team. You’ll be responsible for the safe, efficient collection and disposal of waste from both residential and commercial locations. This is a practical, physically demanding role that requires strong attention to detail, a commitment to safety, and the ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.

You must hold a valid Class 1 HGV licence and possess a full, clean UK driving record.

Key Duties:
*Drive designated routes to collect waste from residential and commercial properties.
*Safely empty waste containers into the collection vehicle.
*Ensure all waste is securely contained during transport.
*Collect bulky household items as required.
*Maintain cleanliness and general upkeep of the vehicle and associated equipment.
*Report any faults, incidents, or concerns promptly to the supervisor.

The Individual:
*Proven ability to undertake physically demanding work, including repeated lifting of heavy items.
*Excellent attention to detail and strong time-management skills.
*Effective communication skills and the ability to work well as part of a team.
