Job Title: Warehousing and Despatch Manager Location: Oldham Salary: £55k per year + Pension + Bonus + PMI Job Type: Full Time, Permanent. Role Purpose: To lead and motivate (through two Team Leaders), a team of 20+ shift-based drivers, ensuring delivery targets and objectives (KPI's) and strategy, through a culture of continuous improvement. Ensuring that all activities are delivered safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards of quality, customer service, and stock control. A hands-on leader, directly contributing to the overall achievement of the wider business objectives by solving problems, exploiting opportunities, developing standards / systems, and managing change. Key Requirements: Proven warehouse management experience (manufacturing / logistics preferred)Relevant quality management and systems experiencePrevious experience working within a busy operational management team, leading people.
