Job Description Warehouse Team Manager - Warrington Salary: £37,865 basic Plus night shift allowance premium 45 Hours per week Shift Available: Any 5 from 7, typically working Sunday – Thursday nights 20:00pm until 05:30am with flexibility to cover other shifts on an adhoc basis. A satisfying role Motivating and developing a team of warehouse operatives, administrators and hygienists, you’ll make sure everything in our multitemperature warehouse runs as it should. You’ll oversee the welfare of the team and be accountable for everything from monitoring adherence to process, to team performance and engagement. Accountable for a range of key metrics, through influencing your team to achieve you’ll help keep standards high and customers happy.
