We are looking for an experienced Warehouse Team Leader to oversee daily warehouse activities, lead and motivate the team, and ensure smooth and efficient operations. This role is pivotal in maintaining high standards of safety, accuracy, and productivity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and support the warehouse team to meet daily targets

• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations

• Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments

• Monitor inventory control and stock accuracy

• Train, mentor, and develop warehouse staff

• Identify and implement process improvements

• Report performance metrics to management
