We also promote positive health and wellbeing by offering free access to healthcare, our popular YuLife app, our Cycle to Work scheme and more As a Warehouse Supervisor based in Melmerby you’ll be responsible for: Managing a team of up to 20 people, conducting 1:1s, annual performance reviews and conducting interviews for new hiresWorking to tight deadlines and managing KPIs, both individually and across teamsGeneral warehouse duties such as picking and packing and ensuring the warehouse is health and safety compliantMeeting with stakeholders regularly to discuss updates This is a full-time, permanent role working 37.5 hours per week Monday to Friday 2.00pm – 10.00pm.
