Job Vacancy: Warehouse Supervisor

Shift: Monday to Friday, 12:00 AM – 9:00 AM (Night Shift)
Hours: 40 hours per week
Pay Rate: £14.78 per hour

We are seeking an experienced and confident Warehouse Supervisor to lead a night shift team in a fast-paced, physically demanding warehouse environment.
This is a hands-on leadership role, ideal for someone with a strong background in warehouse operations and a proactive approach to managing people and safety.
‍♂️ Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and manage a team of 11 Warehouse Operatives and Drivers
Maintain control over all warehouse activities during the night shift
Ensure all Health & Safety procedures are followed at all times
Support the team in meeting operational KPIs and targets
Conduct briefings, delegate tasks, and maintain discipline on shift
Monitor and report any operational or safety issues

✅ Requirements:

Previous supervisory experience in a warehouse or logistics environment (essential)
Strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to manage workloads, delegate tasks, and motivate a team
Sound knowledge of warehouse Health & Safety standards
Comfortable working night shifts in a physically demanding environment
