The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting all warehouse operations, including goods in/out, stock control, and dispatch, ensuring an efficient and well-organised environment. This role plays a key part in maintaining accurate inventory levels, supporting the lighting department with receipting stock, and ensuring all customer orders are processed and dispatched accurately and on time. The position would suit a hands-on, detail-oriented individual with previous warehouse or logistics experience, ideally within a manufacturing, lighting, or engineering environment. Job Overview Receive, inspect, and record all incoming shipments, ensuring accuracy against delivery notes and purchase orders.Process outgoing dispatches efficiently, ensuring goods are securely packed and delivered on time to customers.Support the lighting department by receipting stock and supplies, ensuring inventory systems are updated in real time.Maintain accurate stock levels and ensure all movements are correctly logged on the company's ERP system.Work collaboratively with the production and workshop teams to ensure smooth running of the warehouse and on-time order fulfilment.Liaise with the purchasing, sales, and operations teams regarding delivery discrepancies, damages, or delays.Safely operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment (training can be provided if required).Ensure the warehouse and yard areas remain clean, tidy, and compliant with Health & SafetyPerform regular checks on tools, equipment, and for
