About the role An exciting opportunity has arisen for rotating shifts warehouse operatives to join Booker on a permanent contract with 16 week probationary period. Successful applicants will be required to work 40 hours per week, with overtime opportunities in line with the Working Time Directive. You will receive in-house training and support to equip you with the skills necessary to conduct your role. You will receive the current, Hourly, basic rate of pay, plus shift premium, which is calculated on the basic hours that are worked between the following bands: 18.00 - 23.59 hours 15% 00.00 - 05.59 hours 25% Saturday and Sunday 20% Hours worked between 06.00 and 17.59 are classed as day shift and attract no premium. Shift premium is not paid on any overtime hours. Site Incentive Scheme Our colleagues also participate in the site incentive scheme which is related to an individuals performance.
