Warehouse OperativeOverview of Role Skyline Aero Ltd is seeking an enthusiastic individual to work within our warehouse department. You will be a key player in the stores team, assisting with all operational and logistical elements of the warehouse in a unique technical aviation company. Key duties and responsibilities Receiving orders from couriers and large deliveriesBooking in and photographing stock onto the computer systemPicking and packing items ready for dispatchCrating and packaging itemsDriving the company vanSending stock out for repair/to customersWeekly Checks equipment checksCleaning and tidying the warehouse in line with health and safety regulationsLogistics support - liaising with couriers and delivery servicesWorking collaboratively with the Sales team Health and Safety Understand individual operational safety and security responsibilitiesBe responsible for ensuring own health and safety and that of others in the workplac Essential Skills & Qualifications Previous experience in stores rolePositive, 'can do' attitudeFriendly and approachable with good communication skillsAble to work as a team member or under own initiativeProactive and can demonstrate problem solving skillsComputer literate (with MS Office and Email)Confident inputting data and using online systemsBe adaptable to different tasks, willing to learn and help in all dutiesCompetent driver with a clean driving license Desirable Skills Forklift experience (not essential)Carpentry skillsData entry qualificationsCustomer facing experiencePrevious work with stock control system
