Kenect Recruitment seeking a dedicated and skilled Warehouse Operative to join our client's warehouse team in Dalkeith. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in the efficient handling of materials, stored, and prepared for shipping in a safe and organised manner.

Duties

• Load and unload materials from trucks and containers
• Assist with order picking and ensure accurate fulfillment of orders
• Production line work
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the warehouse environment
• Collaborate with warehouse supervisors to optimize workflow and efficiency

Skills

• Experience in warehouse distribution and materials handling
• Knowledge of warehouse management systems for tracking inventory
• Familiarity with shipping and receiving processes
• Ability to perform heavy lifting tasks safely and efficiently
• Previous experience as an order picker or in a similar role
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to work independently or as part of a team

• Immediate start
• Ongoing, long term work
• Monday to Friday
• 0800-1615
• From £12.21 per hour, paid weekly
• Overtime available
