Warehouse Manager – WythenshaweSalary: £40,000 per annumHours: 07:30 – 16:30 (flexible to meet business needs) Halecroft Recruitment is recruiting on behalf of our client, a busy operations business based in Wythenshawe, which is seeking an experienced, hands-on Warehouse Manager. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong leadership skills, forklift experience, and a knack for organising daily warehouse operations. Key Responsibilities: Lead and motivate a team by example, ensuring smooth day-to-day warehouse operations. Oversee and coordinate inbound and outbound vehicle and trailer movements. Conduct and supervise daily checks on FLT Counterbalance vehicles to ensure safety and efficiency. Maintain accurate stock levels and warehouse records. Manage staffing levels, scheduling, and team communication to keep operations running smoothly. Organise and manage multiple yard operations simultaneously. Report regularly to the Operations Manager on performance, challenges, and progress. Be a key holder and respond to out-of-hours calls as required. Essential Requirements: Proven experience with FLT Counterbalance forklifts and knowledge of daily vehicle checks. Strong leadership and organisational skills. Ability to manage multiple operations within a dynamic yard environment. Desirable: Experience in the waste/recycling industry. Health and Safety qualifications, including fire safety awareness.
