We’re now looking for a reliable, organised, and proactive Warehouse Manager to take full ownership of the day-to-day running of our warehouse operations and team.This role is key to bringing structure, consistency, and leadership to daily operations, enabling the Founder to focus on strategy and the continued growth of the brand.The RoleThis is a hands-on management role in a small but fast-paced warehouse environment. You’ll lead from the front, working alongside the team on picking, packing, dispatch, stock handling, and all other daily warehouse activities, while ensuring operations remain organised, efficient, and on schedule.You’ll take full responsibility for people management, including holding regular one-to-one meetings with warehouse and logistics operatives to review performance, attendance, and wellbeing, and resolving any operational or people-related issues promptly as they arise. You’ll be expected to set clear standards, address issues early, and maintain a consistent and accountable working environment.You’ll also be expected to use your experience to review, improve, and implement operational processes and standard operating procedures (SOPs) across both the warehouse and office. This includes identifying inefficiencies, introducing clearer ways of working, and ensuring processes are documented, followed, and continuously improved as the business grows.This is an active, on-your-feet position, not a desk-based role.
