The team support a wide range of live projects and productions.Day-to-day responsibilities:Oversee warehouse logistics, ensuring efficient movement, storage, and dispatch of equipment.Manage and delegate tasks to warehouse staff, ensuring full coverage and prioritisation of urgent work.Coordinate transport for deliveries and collections, including occasional out-of-hours requirements.Maintain a clean, safe, and well-organised warehouse facility.Manage staff scheduling, timekeeping, breaks, and annual leave, modelling professionalism and punctuality.Supervise loading and unloading of vehicles.Spot stock or equipment shortfalls before dispatch.Work collaboratively with teams across other warehouse locations to maintain consistent standards.Support the accuracy and maintenance of the warehouse booking/tracking system.Liaise with Project Managers to ensure equipment is prepared for the needs of each event or production.Coordinate with booking and customer service teams on client requirements.Required Skills & Qualifications:Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities with high attention to detail.Clear and effective communication skills across teams and departments.A proactive, hands-on approach suited to the fast-moving events industry.Experience in warehouse management or a similar operations role (industry training provided).Flexibility to work occasional late nights, early starts, and weekend shifts.Benefits:Competitive salary and benefits package.Opportunities for training and professional development.A
