The Details
- Location: Coalville
- Schedule: Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
- Pay: £13.16 per hour
What You'll Do
As a Warehouse Associate, you'll manage the full cycle of order fulfilment:
- Prepare orders precisely by picking, packing, engraving, and sorting items.
- Load and unload delivery trucks using manual methods, pump trucks, or forklifts.
- Assist with the inventory control process.
- Use warehouse management systems and hand-held scanners to process orders efficiently.
- Work closely with your team to ensure smooth shifts.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organised work environment, adhering to all safety rules.
What You'll Need
- Physical ability to lift up to 30 kg and stand/walk for long periods (10-12 hours per shift).
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and time management skills.
- Basic understanding of written and spoken English.
- Comfortable working in a dynamic warehouse environment (noise, temperature variations, fast pace).
- Willingness to work overtime and weekends as required.
- Familiarity with technology (scanners, handheld devices, computers) is beneficial.
