We're looking for a skilled and motivated Warehouse Associate to join our dynamic team in Coalville. This key role combines standard warehouse duties with the essential operation of VNA and Order Picker equipment, playing a crucial part in the movement and storage of goods.

The Details

• Location: Coalville
• Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
• Pay: £13.77 per hour

What You'll Be Doing

You'll be a core part of our logistics operation, responsible for:

• Operating VNA/Order Picker trucks safely and efficiently to retrieve, store, and move stock at height.
• Handling the full order processing cycle (picking, packing, stocking, sorting, and shipping).
• Loading and unloading deliveries using manual handling, pump trucks, or forklifts.
• Performing essential stock checks and supporting inventory control.
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized workspace and ensuring compliance with all safety regulations.

What You'll Need to Succeed

• Must-Have: A valid and in-date VNA or Order Picker truck licence (RTITB or equivalent).
• Proven experience in a warehouse, logistics, or fulfilment environment.
• Confidence in safely operating Material Handling Equipment (MHE) at height.
• Ability to lift up to 30 kg and stand/walk for extended periods.
• Strong attention to detail, reliability, and a collaborative team spirit.
• Familiarity with warehouse management systems and basic computer skills.
