We're looking for a skilled and motivated Warehouse Associate to join our dynamic team in Coalville. This key role combines standard warehouse duties with the essential operation of VNA and Order Picker equipment, playing a crucial part in the movement and storage of goods.
The Details
- Location: Coalville
- Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
- Pay: £13.77 per hour
What You'll Be Doing
You'll be a core part of our logistics operation, responsible for:
- Operating VNA/Order Picker trucks safely and efficiently to retrieve, store, and move stock at height.
- Handling the full order processing cycle (picking, packing, stocking, sorting, and shipping).
- Loading and unloading deliveries using manual handling, pump trucks, or forklifts.
- Performing essential stock checks and supporting inventory control.
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized workspace and ensuring compliance with all safety regulations.
What You'll Need to Succeed
- Must-Have: A valid and in-date VNA or Order Picker truck licence (RTITB or equivalent).
- Proven experience in a warehouse, logistics, or fulfilment environment.
- Confidence in safely operating Material Handling Equipment (MHE) at height.
- Ability to lift up to 30 kg and stand/walk for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail, reliability, and a collaborative team spirit.
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems and basic computer skills.
