Dual-Skill Role: Warehouse Associate / Engraver

Are you an experienced Warehouse Associate with an eye for detail and a desire to take on a specialized skill? We are looking for a highly reliable and motivated individual to join our growing team in Coalville!

This is a unique opportunity that combines all core warehouse responsibilities with precision engraving tasks, playing a critical role in fulfilling our customized customer orders.

The Role: What You'll Be Doing

You'll be the expert who ensures that every customized order is completed with precision and care. Your day will involve:

• Precision Engraving: Performing engraving on specific customer orders, ensuring the highest quality and adherence to customization requirements.
• Full Order Processing: Managing the complete cycle-picking, packing, stocking, sorting, and shipping orders using our internal systems and handheld scanners.
• Inventory & Logistics: Conducting stock checks, supporting inventory control, and ensuring accuracy when receiving and dispatching goods.
• Physical Handling: Loading and unloading deliveries, utilizing manual handling equipment, pump trucks, or forklifts (experience preferred).
• Team & Safety: Maintaining a clean and safe work environment and collaborating actively with the team to support all departments.

What We Offer

• Pay: £13.77 per hour
• Schedule: Full-time, Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
• Location: Coalville

What You'll Need to Succeed

• Experience: Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics, or fulfillment environment is essential.
• Skills: Familiarity with warehouse management systems and basic computer skills.
• Detail-Oriented: Strong attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Physical Ability: Comfortable lifting and moving items (up to 30 kg) and standing/walking for extended periods.
• Engraving (Preferred): Previous engraving or machine operation experience is highly preferred; however, a willingness to be trained is essential!
