Various evening shifts available: including 12 hour and 15 hours shifts 4pm to 7pm
To provide a food and beverage service to patients.
Be responsible for the provision of a high quality food and beverage service at ward level, using an electronic menu ordering system.
To regenerate food, maintaining appropriate temperature records.
To comply with the requirements of Food Hygiene and Health and Safety legislation and local guidelines.
Be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness of the patient ward kitchen, equipment and serving area.
Be responsible for ordering adequate provisions for the ward kitchen and maintain appropriate records relating to stock control.
