You will aim to support service users in the following areas: improve their health and wellbeing, improve their quality of life, connecting with the community, have appropriate goals, and control in their life choices and achieve economic well-being. ? ?You will ensure all support plans focus on areas where support is needed and promote positive risk taking. Service users will be offered a range of activities and opportunities to engage in voluntary and paid work. Each service user will have a move-on plan which is reviewed every 6 months with the resettlement team.? What do I need to bring with me?
