What You'll Be Doing As a Nursery Assistant, you will: Support key persons and qualified staff in delivering high-quality early years care and education Help with daily routines: mealtimes, nappy changing, bathroom, rest, and play Engage children in age-appropriate activities that support their development under the EYFS framework Provide safe and stimulating learning environments Support children's emotional, social, and physical needs Liaise with parents, staff, and other professionals as needed Crucial Requirements (NEW EYFS Framework) To comply with the updated EYFS Early Years Qualification Requirements & Standards (effective 1 September 2025) GOV.UK+1, we need candidates who meet the following criteria: Approved Early Years Qualification: You must hold a full and relevant early years qualification (Level 2, Level 3, or Level 6) that appears on the DfE-approved Early Years Qualifications List.
