Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our vibrant team. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional dining experiences for our guests. You will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring that all customers receive top-notch service in a warm and welcoming environment. Your passion for hospitality and attention to detail will help create memorable moments for our patrons.
Responsibilities
- Greet and seat guests promptly, ensuring they feel welcomed.
- Take accurate food and drink orders using the restaurant's ordering system.
- Serve food and beverages in a timely manner while maintaining high standards of presentation.
- Assist with food preparation as needed, ensuring adherence to food safety regulations.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and service stations.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure efficient service and address any customer concerns or special requests.
- Provide knowledgeable recommendations on menu items, including catering options when applicable.
- Handle cash and card transactions accurately while following company policies.
Skills
- Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of food safety practices and procedures.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with customers.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Bartending skills would be an advantage but not essential.
- A team player who is willing to help colleagues when needed.
- Attention to detail with strong organisational skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: £10.18-£12.21 per hour
