The Role
As a Waiter/Waitress at Brasserie Constance, you’ll be the face of the restaurant, delivering warm, intuitive service and helping create memorable dining moments for every guest. You’ll have excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and a natural ability to make people feel welcome.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver confident, friendly, and attentive service throughout each shift.
• Guide guests through our food and drink menus with genuine enthusiasm and knowledge.
• Maintain high standards of presentation and cleanliness across the dining area.
• Communicate clearly with kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth service.
• Support the team with set-up, close-down, and service transitions.
• Handle payments and use POS systems accurately.

• Previous experience in a restaurant, brasserie, or quality hospitality setting preferred.
• A passion for food, drink, and outstanding guest service.
• A positive, can-do attitude and the ability to work well in a team.
• Well-presented, punctual, and reliable.
• Able to remain calm and professional in a busy environment.
