Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated front waiting staff.

Tueaday to sunday 5pm to 10pm

Duties

• Greet guests warmly and assist with seating arrangements as needed
• Take accurate orders and relay them promptly to the kitchen or bar staff
• Serve food and beverages efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and quality
• Ensure guest satisfaction by checking in regularly and addressing any concerns promptly
• Maintain cleanliness of tables, cutlery, and service stations throughout shifts
• Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and maximise sales opportunities
• Follow food safety protocols and hygiene standards at all times
• Assist with basic food preparation tasks if required, adhering to safety guidelines
• Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure timely service
• Handle guest payments accurately using the POS system

Skills

• Previous experience in hospitality, restaurant service, or similar environment is preferred
• Knowledge of food safety standards and proper serving techniques
• Strong organisational skills with excellent time management abilities
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure during busy service times
• Good communication skills and a friendly demeanour towards guests
• Basic maths skills for handling bills and transactions
• Experience with upselling menu items to enhance guest satisfaction and sales
• Kitchen or culinary experience is a plus but not essential
• Ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
