About Hyatt Regency London – The Churchill

Hyatt Regency London – The Churchill is conveniently tucked away in upmarket Marylebone, located in the heart of London’s West End, featuring views over the charming gardens of Portman Square. With 440 sophisticated guestrooms including 50 suites, many which have been recently refurbished, plus 11 distinctive meeting spaces, the hotel offers a full range of services tailored to serve the needs of business and leisure travellers alike. Duties and responsibilities related to the Waiter/ess – Churchill Bar role

• Provide a warm and friendly welcome to all guests, creating a welcoming atmosphere from the moment they arrive.
• Stay knowledgeable about all menu items, including daily specials and promotions, to communicate effectively with guests.
• Have excellent product knowledge and be able to make recommendations to guests
• Follow departmental standard operating procedures to maintain high service standards.
• Controlling and analysing quality levels service, guest satisfaction, sanitation, cleanliness and hygiene
• Deliver the outlet concept, ensuring every aspect of the operation stays true to this concept as advised by the manager

About You

Previous experience in a similar role within the premium hospitality segment is preferred. You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a natural ability to anticipate guest needs and go above and beyond to create memorable experiences.
