• We’re looking for a plate balancing, service loving Waiter at The Hoxton, Edinburgh to keep the food, drinks and good vibe flowing.
• Reporting to the Restaurant General Manager, you’ll be responsible for helping run the day-to-day F&B operations and deliver a friendly service.
• We’ve opened our doors in Edinburgh’s charming West End - our very first Hox in Scotland. Set across 11 beautiful Georgian townhouses, we’re home to 214 bedrooms, a lively open lobby and bar, an all-day Italian trattoria Patatino, a retro-inspired cinema, a flexible and super-size event space called The Get Together, and The Apartment – our unique signature spot for meetings, private dinners and memorable gatherings.

• What you’ll do…
• Simply put - you’re the face of our guests’ experience and you bring your own flavour to the(ir) table, making sure that from the moment they arrive to when they leave, they’re having a great time.
• Work with the F&B team in keeping things running smoothly.
• Create a fun and relaxed atmosphere where guests come to wind down and enjoy themselves.
• Provide a genuinely welcoming and memorable experience for our guests, from a Hox welcome, to handling any questions and helping out with requests.
• Anticipate needs and proactively provide solutions so that our guests’ expectations are not only met but exceeded.
