We are working with a major European infrastructure private equity fund and one of the leading names in infrastructure investing. They are now looking to add a VP to their infrastructure debt t eam. The role will work on the following: - Origination of investments for the firm - Carrying out an initial appraisal of investments - Financial/ LBO modelling - Structuring of transactions alongside Directors - Managing advisors as principal - Deal execution They are interested in meeting people who will have a background as follows: VP level Infrastructure debt professionals from other fundsVP leveraged Investment bankers with infrastructure lending experienceExperience must including infrastructure debt origination workInfrastructure deal experience is essential for the role
