The role: Evaluating transactions risk across the business covering full range of complex productsRole demands excellence in analysis, underwriting, monitoring, and drives global consistency across regionsConduct and take ownership of the Credit Approval , generate risk rating and update on an as need basis, perform quality control of the Approval / Risk Rating ScorecardNegotiation of credit structures and documentation, including ISDA’s, Derivatives Clearing, Prime Brokerage and Repo documentsStrong knowledge of Derivatives and structured lendingFacilitate relationships with key clients in Banking and Risk The candidate will have the following: Deep knowledge of Hedge funds & Private equity lending Held individual authority in a top tier bank Minimium of 6 years experince in a leading bank in the HF/PE credit space
