- Working hours: Full time 37.5 hours per week - Mon to Fri From the seat of Cyber Prevent, the PAM specialist will work closely alongside the project delivery teams, offshore support teams and internal UK operation teams. The PAM specialist will support the Platform Manager to define, implement and maintain the UK platform's design and strategies. They will also work intimately with Central Group Technology and Cyber Security to ensure that the cyber security platforms are globally consistent; effective and efficient; have the right technical adequacy and coverage; and are delivering the optimum risk reduction effect. They will use their personal experience, judgement, and training to be able to determine the right technical treatment for the UK's PAM platform. Acting as an SME on the product, this is a hands-on role requiring the successful applicant to be able to demonstrate strong technical skills and proven experience of the translation of complex technological demands, across a broad spectrum of technology types, into operationally viable onboarding patterns and standards to secure privileged access. Demand Management: Working closely with product management and operations to triage Credential Onboarding requests, ensuring that requirements for all Demands are understood, sized, and categorised for delivery. Drive innovation: Proactively identify areas of technical or operational improvement - leveraging previous experience, product capabilities or by the creation of novel product integrations and enhancements. Escalation support: Act as an escalation point for the operational team where assistance may be required supporting the production environment. Hands-on experience of the full lifecycle of credential management utilising CyberArk; requirements elicitation, design, test, Service Transition through to BAU. Understanding and practical application with multiple server Operating Systems, security/network appliances, public/private cloud, TCP/IP, and Active Directory. Any experience with scripting, databases, and the following technologies: SSO, SIEM, LDAP/S, IIS/Apache, MFA, PKI would be of benefit. Strong experience designing, implementing, monitoring, tuning, and upgrading Privileged Access Solution Component Servers. Solid understanding of ITIL-based Service Management and Priority Incident Response playbooks/runbooks. Experience or knowledge of Python and/or powershell Windows Server Management knowledge - Ability to go through Active Directory and create groups Linux server+, Pentest+, Security+ certification would be helpful (any of) Cyber Principles
