- Working Hours: Full time 37.5 hours per week - Monday to Friday You will also help promote and drive our compliance culture to deliver good customer outcomes. You will: Provide relevant advice to 1st and 2nd line colleagues, escalating issues of concern to the Financial Crime Manager. Assist in the triage and investigation of suspicious activity reports (SARs), gifts and hospitality enquiries, and other team-led investigations, ensuring thorough and compliant handling. Coordinate and support the delivery of the Financial Crime Forum, ensuring actionable outcomes and alignment with team and wider company strategic objectives. Delivery of actions to ensure continued compliance with relevant regulations and team-wide strategic goals. Ensure comprehensive record keeping, including regulatory obligations for establishing robust systems and effective controls Provide support to the team on financial crime and trade control topics and input on new and existing products, services and processes. Manage the production and delivery of management information (MI) and regulatory reports within defined timelines, ensuring accuracy and relevance. Support collaboration with Compliance and other key stakeholders by delivering insights, data, and recommendations that inform decision-making. Experience in anti-money laundering, anti-bribery or economic sanctions in a financial crime. team is desirable (including requirements held within the Money Laundering Regulations 2017). Qualifications in a relevant financial crime field (ICA, ACAMS or equivalent) are desired but not essential. Strong analytical, written and communication skills, including Microsoft Office tools. A willingness to learn, positive outlook, and an appetite to succeed.
